Brittany Strickland – President

Brittany Strickland, President of Palmetto Tractor Services, began her career in 2005 with a background in sales—from retail to wholesale—which laid the foundation for her business instincts and customer-first mindset. What began as a professional pivot into construction soon became a passion built on hands-on experience, persistence, and a drive to prove herself in a male-dominated industry.

By 2017, Brittany stepped into the role of President, leading Palmetto Tractor Services with the same grit and determination that shaped her early years. Entirely self-taught, she built her knowledge from the ground up—learning through real-world challenges, not textbooks. That journey has given her a deep understanding of the trade and the respect of her peers.

But Brittany will be the first to tell you: she’s only as strong as the team around her.

Steven Lewis – Co-Owner

Steven Lewis is a construction professional and co-owner of Palmetto Tractor Services, bringing a blend of technical expertise and business vision to the company. A 2009 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Construction Science and Management, Steven began his career in commercial building construction, where he developed a strong foundation in project coordination and large-scale construction operations. Over time, his passion shifted toward civil sitework construction, where he found greater fulfillment in shaping the groundwork of development projects.

In 2021, Steven joined Palmetto Tractor Services with the goal of growing into an ownership role. Through his dedication and strategic focus on business development, he became a co-owner and has played a key role in expanding the company’s client base, project portfolio, and industry presence. His leadership and forward-thinking approach have helped propel the business to new levels of success.

Today, Steven continues to drive growth at Palmetto Tractor Services, combining his deep industry knowledge with a commitment to quality, relationships, and long-term vision.

Kevin Strickland – Vice-President

Kevin Strickland is a dedicated professional with a lifelong commitment to hard work and leadership. Born and raised in Charleston, Kevin began his career as a lineman at the age of 18. Over the next 25 years, he built a strong reputation in the utility industry through his skill, reliability, and deep knowledge of the trade. His expertise and leadership abilities eventually earned him a supervisory role, where he oversaw crews and ensured the safe and efficient completion of critical infrastructure projects.

In 2021, Kevin transitioned from the utility sector to follow a new path with Palmetto Tractor Services, where he now serves as Vice President. In this role, he is responsible for running the operations of each project the company takes on, managing teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring top-quality results from start to finish. His hands-on experience and leadership style make him a driving force behind the company’s success.

Today, Kevin continues to serve the Lowcountry community through his work, bringing together decades of field experience with a passion for excellence in land and property services.
